Is it common to find phantom KLM space using VS miles? I keep finding 1 seat available (DUB-AMS-LCY), but then when you go to the checkout page: Sorry, there are no longer seats available on your chosen flight. Please try another search.#100503A.
Any workarounds? Is it common that 1 seat just means phantom space, but 2 seats means it will go through?

If the flight I want become available later, can I adjust my award free of charge to the earlier flight?
