Whether you can expense it depends on individual company policy, some companies are very stingy regarding their travel policy (I know several and read the travel policy from a company - 8 pages long to tell what you are allowed and not allowed to do). If an employer has an issue with you spending 900 DKK for 1 night hotel in Warsaw, you know that you are going to get a lengthy talk with your boss if you tried to expense that.
The issue then is that we might have two of us in row 1 and the others in row 8 by the toilets. My mother flew recently alone and they put her in row 8. She asked at check-in and the gate and was told that there were no other options. Sure enough, a couple (100% non-revs) made it on the flight last minute with one seated in row 8 in the middle next to my mother and the other got a window in row 2, My mother offered to change seats so that the wife could sit next to the husband but in typical Danish fashion he said "Oh, we want don't want to trouble you, that's fine". He probably was happy being far from his old lady!
