Would appreciate some advice here on our situation. We used Extime last year for Meet & Greet (connection). I have a US Passport and my husband has a French passport. The main reason why we used this service was to stay together through immigration (since we have different passports) and avoid long delays. We're going back to France this year and just need to the arrival service and will then take a train. I contacted Extime and asked if the fast track through immigration was included as was advised:We would like to inform you that in accordance with current French regulations and the directives of Paris airports, access to the PHMR and Staff lines is strictly prohibited for clients benefiting from the Meet and Greet service by Extime. While this measure was previously tolerated, it is now fully enforced.

All passengers purchasing the Meet and Greet service by Extime will use the number 1 access points available in the terminals. These accesses provide fast-track conditions. However, please note that they may occasionally be crowded, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Unfortunately, we are unable to use the Staff and/or PHMR accesses.

Does this still mean the service is the same as last year where you are escorted through immigration, but just through the normal lines? Should I look into another service - if so, any suggestions? I was under the impression that number 1 access was not available at CDG 2 upon arrival. Thank you in advance.
