As they should. My issues are less about my place in the pecking order and more about the level of helpfulness and quality in the replies. I don't mind waiting for a reply this far out — though a simple "we've received your request and will follow up with an update" can go a long way — but to go 3-5 days between replies that only partially answer questions or forget to include referenced attachments makes for a frustrating back-and-forth.
