I find it frustrating that when I click on the "Change flight" button on the right hand - it now goes to a Live chat box - whereas before I could do the whole flight change thing online by myself.
Having said that I recently used it when some flights misconnected - and QR sends you the whole transcript of the live chat by e-mail. That was useful as it was 2.00am in the morning - and I could not remember everyting the agent said.
The next day I took the transcript to the QR office - and got my flight re-booked relatively easy.
