I'd go for the 4 hour.

The way I see it:

Either you have lounge access, then you can either take a quick trip to Zurich as proposed, or wait in a lounge, depending on how you feel.

Or you don't have lounge access, will seat somewhere in the back of the bus, and while you absolutely can make a 1h connection in ZRH, it will not be a nice and calm walk. If you go with 4 hours, you have buffer in case of a delay, and you can either go to the city, if you feel like it, or find a quiet corner in the airport and rest.
