You will earn miles on basis of the reissued ticket, i.e. Q class. Your ticket has been reissued due to schedule change.

You enter the UA during OLCI or at the check-in counters. You will notice during OLCI for the return flights if your UA No. is the reservation or not; nobody in here will be able to tell for sure.
