As we bring your new Airpoints experience online we expect there will be some downtime. You don't need to do anything, we will be in touch to let you know what will be affected and how long for, once we are closer to launching these changes. Thank you for your patience in advance.
What can't Air NZ be offline for a few hours over night like any other app, company? They make it sound like days or weeks.
Maybe the same person that orders seats runs the IT department.
