Apologies if already mentioned. I tried to read the prior posts and didn't see anything about this. To apply a suite upgrade, do you just contact Miraval directly? I tried to apply one through Hyatt Concierge but they said they couldn't do it. They said they reached out to Miraval to contact me about this, but I haven't heard back and wondering if there's a special Miraval support line I need to contact or just contact the property directly. Thanks.
