Nicholas Bieber who is a fairly good blogger went through EWR on an Avios F ticket a few months ago. It looks like there’s no F section just one lounge and pre flight dining for First passengers, Not sure if that would be extended to CK.

He is BA Silver and travels all cabins globally and not dramatic even when things go wrong.
