no kids, we would have made a different decision if kids were going with us.

I spent a lot of time doing the research on YF vaccine. key points: 1) there has been no single YF case in Kenya in the last 20+ years. 2) Masai Mara is at high elevation, mosquitos are not common. 3) getting YF vaccine in US is not cheap and usually not covered by the insurance.
