you can still book latam flights using avios. i have had a look and there are dates when the MIA-FOR is available and can be booked with avios - so it isn't like there is a fault and it never shows up online.

f i look up MIA-FOR one way on 28 october I can see availability and it shows 7 seats in economy available - so you should be able to see and book that. i also had a look for FOR-MIA on 3 november but there is no reward availability. there is on 4 november in economy and business if that is of use to you?
