On AA shorthaul business class wine will almost always be opened and poured in the galley. If you order a refill then it's 50/50 whether the FA will take your glass and refill it in the galley or bring the bottle out.
And on AA J wine is served in stemless glasses that look almost identical to every other drink glass.
Again wine is for sure catered on every flight, but 98% of the time the FA's are never just going to proactively offer it if you've already ordered and are drinking something else.
