OK so I am back from Brazil and have found one policy document, one direct debit confirmation and two hand-signed and reply pre-addressed letters from some guy on the 2nd floor asking me to explain WHY I require multiple policies... they are on to us.

Interestingly my online bank account is showing all 7 direct debits as set up...

Is this everyones experience?
