nothing of what you described onboard is acceptable.

i only ask for information but did you attempt to raise this with the ifm onboard? i am not trying to suggest any blame if you didn't, just to understand if you had the chance to do so.

and yes you absolutely should complain and should expect something in return as compensation for such a poor service.
