Not sure what you mean. No meals on AA are served with an empty wine glass on the tray only for the FA's to come around later and specifically offer wine.
You ordered a vodka tonic so we're given a vodka tonic. If you wanted wine then you should have ordered wine.
Barring some major catering screw up, wine is always catered, but you have to ask for it, no different than any other drink order.
