I've only been in First three times. The first two occasions were purchased return tickets for not much more than Club and I concluded that it was worth at most £10 more than Club - the food and wine was better but on both flights the seats were so old that they were effectively broken and the IFE wasn't fit for purpose. The third occasion was a free upgrade and I had the same conclusion. I now wish I had complained....
