No. The most valuable tidbit of advice you'll get is, "Learn to wipe & wash with your hand."

Slightly more seriously, Thai bathrooms not geared for Westerners don't have TP, just a shower nozzle affectionately known as a butt-sprayer or, worse yet, just a plastic bucket-thingy. So unless you want to go native, carrying around a roll of TP or a more portable packet of tissues is a Good Idea.
