Aly7859: Trust me when I say I've read every comment on Cruisecritic. However there are such mixed reviews about the service and food that it's hard to know what we'll be dealing with. I am certain of the beauty of the ship, it's all the other things: entertainment, quality of food, and attitude that I seek reassurance of. I've been on Monarch, Nordic Empress, Majesty, but this ship is supposed to be just gorgeous and since it's my sister's first cruise, I want it to be a great experience for her. Thanks mucho for the reference to excellent service.
