Just flew DTW-IST and back in 1E/1F. I'm 6'3" with size 14 feet. Footwell was roomy enough, better than most similar seats on other airlines. Can't say if larger than rows behind. On the outbound flight, my wife's IFE was not working, so she moved to 1A. I don't think more legroom, but the bassinet definitely adds space. There was very little noise from the crew area, and the front row seems more private than rows behind. Overall, a great flight.
