I have a question regarding checked baggage allowance and interline.

I'd like to book a BOG - CDG, light fare.
At the same price I have the choice between :
- AF0435 at 23h55 which is very very late
- AV0060 BOG - PTY at 14h30 then AF0475 PTY-CDG on the same ticket.

I have an extra checked baggage with my FB status.
I usually don't travel with a checked baggage but my hand luggage is slightly bigger than 55x35x25 (it does not fit in the AF baggage sizers for maybe 2 or 3 cm).
It's OK to board with on AF.
I don't know if AV is strict with carry-on luggage and sizers, also 55x35x25.
That's why I ask about checked baggage, just in case.

When I look on the AF website I see that I have no checked baggage included.
Hotline confirms that the extra FB baggage is not possible on this because of AV policy on light fare.
But IATA say that MSC (in these case AF which crosses from TC1 to TC2) rules apply.
Of course, if it's too complicated, I will book the AF direct flight.

What do you think ?

Shall I also assume that I won't be able to have access to the lounge in BOG ?
Which is funny as the lounge for AF & KLM in BOG is Avianca Diamond lounge (at least in Dec 2023).
