The app doesn't work. There's nothing you can do about it. No one really knows the trigger, but mine appeared to stop working as soon as I changed from Bronze to Silver (my year end is not for another few months).

All the advice people (including BA) give, such as logging out/in, deleting/restoring the app, deleting cookies etc. don't fix the problem. So just get used to it, until BA get around to fixing it.
