BA App not working

For the last three weeks I’ve been unable to view my status banner, in my case silver.
All I get is the statement ‘something went wrong’ and FAQs about the change with tier status dates so we are all on the same month.
i contact BA and they said it was a ‘bug’ and told me to clear my cookies. This has not solved the problem.
Any ideas anyone?
