Stayed at the Westin Arabella in May. Received an upgrade to a concierge room on a high floor, which was nice. The room was fairly big, if standard Westin. The bathroom had a weird layout where the door would slam into the toilet. The rest of the bathroom was nice -- large shower cabin was relaxing. We had access to the lounge which was via a small elevator. The lounge is large and has spectacular views. Evening selections were meh, but OK if you just wanted to hang out and chill for a bit. Breakfast (downstairs) was very good. Fresh made eggs. Croissants. All the usual suspects. Just a nice variety and all very fresh. Good service, too. One caveat: not all servers speak German (or English), so have patience when ordering anything other than coffee (I like Earl Grey Tea), and point, smile, and say Danke schoen a lot. They are very helpful and sweet.
The hotel is a little bit out of the way, in a more business-y district. Lots of restaurants around. Taxis pick you up right outside. We saw buses and trams close by.
Although it is a large hotel, there was never a wait for the elevator. A bit out of the way, but a nice choice.
