Can you provide guidance on earning points for dining at restaurants in Hyatt hotels? Twice this year I have tried to earn points when dining at a Hyatt hotel, but nothing has appeared in my account.

I was not staying in the hotel, just made reservations and ate at the restaurant at our local Andaz and Hyatt Regency. I provided my Hyatt # with the bill, but nothing seemed to happen subsequently.
