I kind of like this attitude and approach to the issue. Having stayed at hundreds of various Marriott properties in the past, I can’t believe that the points that SilverOne listed are SOP for this or ANY Marriott. I have to believe there were some short-term, unique issues that caused this situation. I’ve stayed at Marriott properties where everything seems to go wrong on a particular visit but my next stay at the property was flawless.
Probably best, IMO, to go through the channels to report this and then to disclose the location once the GM has had a chance to respond.
