I recently created a LifeMiles account for the possibility of transferring Amex Membership Rewards points for award travel.
However, I can no longer login, I get an error whenever I try, and also get an error if I go the 'forgot password' route. Both times it's the "We're sorry, we're not able to access your account" message.
This has gone on for days.
Any tips on how to log in, any specific browser that works? I've used Firefox and Chrome with the same results.
