BA964 and BA1382 are both OPEY and this is due to them being cancelled to generate a spare airframe.
Thank you - was booked on the return from MAN, SMS received around 0400. Rebooked with live chat when they opened at 0600 (unable to self serve online as connecting to MAD and it was an 075 ticket).
Will make a claim when back home.
