Agent and supervisor refusing to downgrade from Flex to Low
Have an award ticket booked for tomorrow in J Flex, on LO. Called to downgrade to Business Low to save 15K miles, agent refused and said she can only do so if there is availability. As I've done this a couple of times before, I asked to speak to a supervisor, who repeated the same thing. Is this right? Did the policy change? Last time I did this was just about a month ago, so if it's a change it is recent. But what does AC's cancelation policy have to do with LO availability?
