Greet FA with a Good (time of day) Crew!! when you board.
Inform them you are flexible if someone needs to be reseated. if applicable.
When confirming food selection, remind them if they run out, you can serve others before your choice. I have been hugged after saying this.

This leads to getting served whatever I want, by making eye contact with any FA in the cabin.
