I am not certain if I get your question.
The only way to add money to BB Visa is by depositing cash or equivalent for free at FD or elsewhere for a fee of up to $3.98. You can also deposit a check and wait 10 days for it to clear for free or pay a fee of minimum of $5 for faster service.
If you can add money with a GC, you could also add money by a debit card. Any money added by a credit card would be considered a cash advance by the credit card company with all the associated fees added. I do not see any way of adding money via a bank account but maybe someone else can clarify that.
