The 'Not Offered' is probably just something funky with the website not knowing how to handle the flight since you were booked in first/D1 presumably but the options are Euro Business on those codeshares. I'm sure its available but you have to call in to have an agent rebook.
You're totally right. I rushed through the page looking for anything that was offered and completely didn't look at airports involved.
