I just tried to top-up and you are right. It now works. I suppose that the fix is fairly recent as it didn't work at the beginning of the year? Back then, I had to charge Pasmo and Icoca with a MC from N26 as Visa wouldn't work and my Amex doesn't support ApplePay.
