you can view the card number, expiration and security code in the apple wallet. It’s the little card icon with 123 at the top right. You can use that info as a regular credit card purchase.
I think the OP's desire is to get the higher cash back percentage (2%) which is offered when processing through Apple Pay in an app or tapping your phone in person. When you swipe your card or enter the number, you only get 1%.
