Talking about Grab/Gojek service, somehow Nusa Dua area is not very Gojek/Grab friendly.
Nusa Dua considered as separate area for Gojek/Grab cars, so only Nusa Dua registered drivers can take passengers from the area and they can't take passenger from outside Nusa Dua area.
So most of those Grab drivers are reluctant to pick up orders that have destination outside Nusa Dua area.
Likewise, non Nusa Dua drivers are not allowed to pick up passengers from Nusa Dua area on their way back.
(One can see the service called Grab Nusa Dua instead of normal Grab car in the Grab app)

Its better to use BlueBird taxi (ask the hotel for those cheaper blue coloured small cars, not those fancy big black box called GoldenBird or SilverBird)
As there are no limitation for the taxis.

Outside Nusa Dua however, Grab and Gojek works normally
