My itinerary is BCN-CDG (overnight layover)-YVR. AF cancelled my first flight and put me on an earlier flight.

I got an email saying "If the proposed alternative does not match your needs, you can change your new booking online in real time here".

But when I clicked the link, the only options there are take the alternative they proposed or request a refund.

Is there any way to take a different flight? I've had other airlines being a bit more flexible (like take the flight a day before or a day after).
