I'm flying from SAN - ORD with AA and then have a 4 hour layover before flying ORD - LAF with Southern Airways. This ORD - LAF flight is just a short 1 hour hop on a Cessna Caravan.
Anyways AA and Southern have an interline agreement so my baggage will go through fine. However, I was wondering if I'd be able to access the AA lounge in ORD as I have OW Sapphire status through Qatar Airways Privilege Club.
I have a feeling the answer is no because I'm connecting to a non OW flight, but I'd love to be wrong.
While oneworld rules require an onward/departing oneworld flight for lounge access, AA lounges typically allow access on arrival as well, so I doubt you will have any issues accessing the FL or AC at ORD during your connection.
