You mention you don’t care on all of the things AF has a significant advantage over DL so I will focus on the footwell and seat only. The LAX flight also has the new A350 AF cabins. Not sure if there is a big price difference (or miles) but if it’s not, that should be the first choice. You will want to try and get the bulk head on that plane.. The widest footwell there is plus a very comfortable seat… if you have platinum or higher status on AF you can get it at booking, otherwise you will have to wait until the check in window.. If prices are different and you only want to choose between the 2 you originally posted on, i like the comfort of the A330-900 seat (padding etc) over the older 777 on AF…However I don’t like it enough to fly to Seattle and do a connection.
