I just finished a RT in two 777's (BOS-LHR) and found the following,
(1) 30DEF appear to have just slightly more room than the regular or exit aisles. They also have the advantage of not having someone lying back into your space. Also When the row was full on one trip no one crossed over in front of them. Main disadvantage is no underseat storage.
(2) 30CG, I think are almost equal with the 31BH, only downside is you have three people inbetween and no storage.
(3) 31BH, are the best for legroom and less hassle.
(4) 31AJ, if you're over 6' the emergency door WILL get in your way, if you plan on sleeping it will be a hassle. Too close to stretch fully and too far to prop your feet up.
