Not directly related but i had a UA ticket with one TK sector on the inbound. Changed via united.com to another routing with one TK sector as well. The TK app just wouldn't update and it took many calls to 1K desk but no avail. Finally, a 1k agent called rates and rates reissued the ticket like 9 times and finally got TK's system to sync.
