Trying to apply for the no-fee AMEX HH CC. I'm a Canadian so I'm using the AMEX Global Transfer method.

In the application, I indicated I want to log in to my AMEX CA account so that AMEX can access my credit history. I then get another application screen after I input my AMEX CA credentials.

There is a part where I select "I don't have a Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) but can enter a government-issued ID number." Using my passport as identification.

When I click AGREE & SUBMIT at the bottom, I get a half-second hour glass and the screen scrolls back up to the beginning of the application. I have filled out everything as far as I know. I have tried in incognito mode on both Edge and Chrome. Even tried it at work too.

Anyone else getting the same issue as me?
