This morning, YYC-YYZ, 321, first try I managed to get the thing to recognize my Aeroplan login after 14 attempts. However it still gave me an error later before connecting. Tried agsi., over a 100 attempts, no success. A few minutes later, third attempt, took over 20 times until it finally recognized my Aeroplan login, and eventually connected.
However it was so slow to be nearly pointless.
We'll see what it will be like in tonight's flight.

On a 321 a couple of weeks ago the in-charge was talking to me about the wifi and mentioned that the old ATG system on that plane tended to max out at 32 users or something and that it seemed I was user 33 or 34 or whatever and that it explained the problem. I spent maybe an hour logging in and then another hour finding google. It was beyond pointless. I liked when they said to use the chat to get a code for the future but the chat wouldn't even load.
