Question Adapter to Feed Audio from My Device into Bose 3-pin NC Headphones?

Has anyone seen an adapter to let me use American Airline's 3-pin Bose headphones to play my own content?

There are some inexpensive adapters to go the other way -- using my own headphones to hear AA's IFE. E.g., discussion and links at A Welcome Change for Headphones

What I'm seeking is the reverse -- I'd like to use the 3-pin Bose noise-cancelling headphones in American Airlines business and first class to listen to the music and videos that I bring aboard in my laptop. And, I'd like the third pin to get power so the noise cancellation works.

Has anyone seen something like that/
