Well I've had my bagtag for a few weeks now and I've tried to use it several times on A3 to get a message back saying that it can't be used on the flight in question even though it''s supposed to be useable on all the routes I've tried to. I'm at the point of asking for an explanation.

It has though worked faultlessly with KLM so not all is wasted. I'll give it a try on Swiss in the next couple of weeks. It is a gadget and certainly not worth the miles/money unless you love a gadget!
