I was able to add Rail&Fly for my EDI to FRA flight this past January on the LH website but I never got the code for it and had to talk to someone at LH Customer Service in FRA for 15m, was a giant mess and ended up buying a new Rail&Fly and had to submit a claim for a refund of the old one.

I'm flying again this week into Frankfurt from the states on LH metal but United codeshare, the LH website doesn't even show Rail&Fly as an option. I called LH and they said Rail&Fly can only be added on tickets issued by them now. Has anyone had luck adding Rail&Fly to their United issued tickets lately?
