My experience is that CLEAR is far more time consuming than Pre-Check/Digital ID at JFK, LGA, ATL, and MSP (I understand Digital ID is not available here). That being said, I've found CLEAR can be faster than Pre-Check at SEA, BOS, and some smaller Delta outstations.
