The explanations are in post 1 of this thread. The Y/N element lets BA know whether they consider it eligible. The Y means yes, however anecdotal evidence here shows that orders are sometimes send to staff to reject claims that are completely eligible. The EU261 thread contains more on that. For now see post 1 and irrespective of what BA say, it is eligible for UK/EU 261
