1A/K will have larger footwells as the seat has a bassinet area to the left/right of the monitor, and with no seat in front the area could be made larger.

From my recollection the first row middle seats don't have extra legroom, but I may be mistaken. A TK B789 business class review, either in "print" or a YouTube video may answer the question.
