So Mrs. YOWgary just got an email cheerfully informing her that the funds in her AC wallet have just expired today. Yes, fine, individual's responsibility to keep track, etc.
...but when AC has absolutely no trouble sending out emails warning us not to miss out on a seat sale that ends tomorrow, and AC has absolutely no trouble sending out emails tracking the funds in her wallet the very second AC is allowed to confiscate them as pure profit, it's hard NOT to think how easy it'd be for AC to automate a "hey, the funds in your wallet expire in (7 days / 24 hours / whatever)" email.
...and it's really hard NOT to find it downright scummy that they could do this and choose not to.
I am personally of the opinion that it should be illegal for those funds to "expire" at all, but sadly nobody's offered to let me write those laws yet.
