Ick, you don't even get a full suite. That sounds like a second bedroom connecting room to a 1BR suite.
I stayed at this property a couple of times about a decade ago when it was a Cat 2 and HR Aventine wasn't at a reasonable price. I wasn't impressed enough to return.
